Using this website
By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. The content is owned by The Andrology Centre unless stated otherwise, and may not be reproduced without permission.
Appointments
Submitting the enquiry form is a request for an appointment, not a confirmed booking. An appointment is confirmed only when we contact you and agree a date and time.
Fees
Consultation fees are published on our fees and insurance page. Fees for investigations, imaging and procedures are quoted separately and in writing before you commit to them. Fees are subject to change; the fee that applies is the one quoted to you at the time of booking.
Insurance
If you are claiming on private medical insurance it is your responsibility to obtain pre-authorisation from your insurer before the appointment. If your insurer declines or only partly settles a claim, the balance remains payable by you.
Cancellations and missed appointments
Please give as much notice as you can if you cannot attend, so the appointment can be offered to someone else.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with any aspect of your care, please tell us. Email contact@theandrologycentre.co.uk and we will acknowledge your complaint and explain how it will be handled.
Regulation
All our consultants are registered with the General Medical Council; their GMC numbers are published on the our consultants page and can be checked on the GMC register at gmc-uk.org. Consultations take place at HCA Healthcare UK facilities, which are registered with the Care Quality Commission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
